These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sparsh Canopy Resort's website, bookings, and on-premises services. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A valid government-issued ID and an advance deposit are required to confirm your reservation at Sparsh Canopy Resort. Minimum age for booking is 18 years.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required prior to or upon arrival. Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a one-night retention charge.
4. Guest Conduct
We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all. Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Loud music, disruptive behavior, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
5. Pool & Amenities Usage
The private pool and active play areas are for registered guests only. There is no lifeguard on duty; guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort property, rooms, furnishings, or amenities during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged directly to the guest.
7. Liability
Sparsh Canopy Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings or vehicles. We recommend keeping your valuables secure at all times.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
